Since there is no force of restitution,
the load to bearingis little.
Please do not contuse with a jaw couplingwhich operates in different theory.Torqueis transferred through disc which is capable of damping misalignment error andmechanical intermittence.
Replacement ofdisc is easily done without dissembling hub from the shaft.
